The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General is currently seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant (Legal Secretary) in the Civil Rights Division in our Town Square Tower office location. Specifically, this position will support attorneys, paralegals, and investigators as directed by the supervisor. 

The work includes but is not limited to preparing legal documents and briefs, efiling, filing, serving legal documents, opening and closing files, retaining records, and occasionally transcribing documents.

This position may be eligible for a hybrid work environment after successful completion of onboarding and training.

Minimum Qualifications

Legal administrative assistant experience or training that demonstrates the following skills and abilities:
