Attorney General Ellison Secures $35 Insulin for Minnesotans
Attorney General Keith Ellison reached a settlement with insulin manufacturers Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and Novo Nordisk, which guarantees that Minnesotans will be able to purchase Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and Novo Nordisk insulin products for just $35 for the next 5 years.

Protecting Minnesota Community Forums

The Minnesota Legislature recently passed the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act (“MCDPA”) to help safeguard consumers’ data and their right to privacy. The law provides Minnesota residents with the power to control how their data is used by companies and other parties. Report on Emerging Technology and Its Effects on Youth Well-Being - Vol. 2, February 2025
The second volume of the Emerging Technology Report details the harmful effects that emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and social media are having on young Minnesotans. The report examines the harms these technologies cause, analyzes the specific design features causing those harms, evaluates previous legislative efforts to correct these issues, and provides policy recommendations for the Minnesota legislature that will curb these harms and improve the well-being of young Minnesotans.
