“Donald Trump and the Republican Congress are holding Minnesotans’ food and healthcare both hostage during this shutdown so that billionaires can shamelessly pad their gargantuan bank accounts with more of Minnesotans’ hard-earned money,” Attorney General Ellison said.

Woodbury Dental Arts shut down in March 2024 and filed for bankruptcy, abandoning patients with unfinished treatments
Settlement will enable consumers to obtain refunds of fees they paid for dental services that were not provided from newly created Consumer Protection Restitution Account. Marko Kamel, former dentist and owner of Woodbury Dental Arts, also surrenders his dental license in settlement with Minnesota Board of Dentistry.

Attorney General Ellison Secures $35 Insulin for Minnesotans

Attorney General Keith Ellison reached a settlement with insulin manufacturers Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and Novo Nordisk, which guarantees that Minnesotans will be able to purchase Eli Lilly, Sanofi, and Novo Nordisk insulin products for just $35 for the next 5 years.

The Minnesota Attorney General’s Office is traveling across the state on a Clean Slate Tour to help Minnesotans seal their records and get a fresh start for the future. Please check out the future locations of the expungement clinics this year and pre-register for the one closest to you. There is no cost for attending an expungement clinic. The only official document you need to bring is your I.D./driver’s license
