This CLE will discuss the ways the laws and policies of Immigration have changed during the last year from three perspectives: private immigration attorneys representing employers in sectors such as medical, high tech, higher education; as well as from the perspectives of those that represent humanitarian cases, DACA, families and individuals. Additionally, the MNAGO will discuss some of the immigration actions it has undertaken alone and in conjunction with other states and localities.
