Description:	Join us for a thought-provoking, all-day continuing legal education program as we examine the legal, economic, and policy dynamics impacting grocery prices, food access, and competition in today’s marketplace. Sessions will examine the effects of market concentration on grocery costs, price gouging, and notable cases, underscoring the need for stronger regulatory oversight. Attendees will learn about the FTC’s evolving role in protecting consumers and workers, as well as the balance between efficient yet fragile food networks and more resilient, distributed systems. The seminar will also highlight how public health policies and targeted investments can improve access to nutritious food and promote fair competition.
