Description:	This course will discuss the tools and procedures used to assign Risk Levels for Predatory Offenders. Topics covered include: Known risk factors for recidivism of sex offenders; How those risk factors are used to assign risk level to offenders who are required to register as predatory offenders; Procedures used in the Department of Corrections at the End of Confinement Review Committee to assign risk; How an offender can appeal a risk level; and the Process for that appeal.
