Opioid Settlement Payment Amounts

This spreadsheet (updated March 2026) reflects the total estimated, maximum annual distributions for each of the following settlements:  Distributors, Johnson & Johnson, Teva, Allergan, Walgreens, Walmart, CVS, Mallinckrodt, Endo, McKinsey, and Publicis.  Please note that there are several tabs, one for each defendant for whom funds were distributed to local governments, and there are some settlement-specific caveats for certain settlements.  The spreadsheet also contains a tab showing payments that have been received and distributed, as well as a tab showing total estimated payments that will be distributed.  The spreadsheet is current through March 2026 and does not reflect summer 2026 distributions.
